George W. Adams has served on the frontlines as police officer and formerly as National Director of NamUs, a national centralized repository and resource center for missing persons and unidentified decedent records. NamUs is a free online system that can be searched by medical examiner, coroners, law enforcement officials and the general public from all over the country in hopes of resolving these cases. He holds a 2013 Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, achieving an overall 4.0 GPA with a full course load while working fulltime. George is a member of the Texas Municipal Police Officers Association and holds an active Advanced Peace Officers Certification (TCOLE P.I.D. 337687). George is a co-author of the original NIJ 2011 competitive solicitation for National Missing and Unidentified Persons System and two extensions that resulted in a total cooperative agreement award of $7.55 million. George is an invited speaker at national and international conferences as well as a requested contributor for other publications.

Worked as Medical physicist, Medical College, Madurai; Professor-Director, Forensic Sciences Department, Chennai; Professor, Forensic Sciences, National Law School of India University, Bangalore; Professor-Director, School of Science and Forensic Sciences and Pro-Vice chancellor, National Law University, Jodhpur. Examined 20,000 Forensic Cases and appeared in courts in more than 1000 cases in India, UK, Malaysia, Colombo and Singapore.

Varsha Pandya has had a long career in the field of Family Violence and Juvenile Justice in India and in USA. She teaches courses on Understanding Human Behavior in Social Environment, Research, and electives related to Family Violence. She has published two single-authored and one co-authored articles based on her research with offenders of intimate partner violence.

Lucy Love have been the Clinical Director for G4s Forensic and Medical Services, U.K for 3 years and as train doctors, nurses and police officers in forensic sexual assault medicine and am clinically responsible for the management of 12 Sexual Assault Referral Centres [SARCS] scattered throughout the UK, as G4s both manage and staff the centres and provide the forensic medical examiners. He has been responsible for starting the first nurse practical training program for sexual assault examiners in the UK, so G4s are pioneers in this field, following the U.S approach of using SANE\'s not just doctors. He has been a sexual offences examiner for 15 years and also works for the National Health Service as an Associate Specialist in Genito-urinary Medicine and Psychosexual Medicine. He conducts paediatric forensic examinations on child victim of sexual abuse and run training programs to enable Paediatricians to gain the necessary skills to manage these complex cases. I have contributed a chapter to a book on Forensic Gynaecology, entitled \"Special issues-the Elderly\".

Santiago has been employed with a large Midwest Law Enforcement Agency for the past 10 years. During his tenure he has performed the functions of a police officer, federal task force officer, field training officer, and crime analyst. Dr. Santiago is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the awards of valor and the National Association of Police Organizations, Washington D.C. (NAPO) honorable mention awards presented at the annual National Police Week Top Cop Awards Ceremony. Santiago is currently a Visiting Professor within the Justice Administration Program where he serves as a mentor to students wishing to pursue a career within law enforcement. He received his Ed.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University; a Roman Catholic institution located in Lisle Illinois. Dr. Santiago has written several articles which have been published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented numerous times before several law enforcement agencies and educational organizations within the Midwest.

Matthias I. Okoye is a practicing physician and lawyer, and the director of the Nebraska Institute of Forensic Sciences, Inc., and Nebraska Forensic Medical Services, P.C. In addition, he is an associate professor of forensic pathology at Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska. He is also an adjunct professor of forensic medicine and pathology at several universities abroad. He was formerly the Chief Medical Examiner for the District of Columbia Washington, D.C., and Associate Professor of Forensic Pathology at Georgetown University, George Washington University, and Howard University, Washington, D.C.

Jerry Melbye has had and still enjoys a distinguished career of over 3 decades of teaching and research in the field of forensic science and anthropology. His research interests include paleopathology and forensic anthropology with field work experience in Ontario, Labrador, The Yukon, American Southwest and Midwest, Egypt and Mexico. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Anthropology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Within the AAFS, over the years Jerry has served as Section Chair, Section Secretary and has sat on four Academy wide committees. He has aided police forces in the U.S. and Canada for more than 30 years in identifying human remains, providing them with information leading to the apprehension of killers in dozens of murder cases. His work has been featured on Discovery Canada, the Discovery Health Channel as well as national and international venues.

Professor Georgios A. Antonopoulos has conducted research for the local authorities in Britain, the British Police, the British Ministry of Justice and the European Commission. He has published widely in the areas of organised crime and illegal markets as well as ethnicity, crime and justice, and in a range of international peer-reviewed journals including the European Journal of Criminology, the British Journal of Criminology, Crime, Law & Social Change, and the International Criminal Justice Review.

Georgios' research interests include the criminality, criminalisation and victimisation of minority ethnic groups and migrants, organised crime and illegal markets (cigarette black market, counterfeit products, stolen cars, human smuggling and trafficking). Georgios has a special interest in Greece, the Balkans and China.

Dr. Khalid Mahmud Lodhi, an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Fayetteville State University (FSU). In addition, he serves as the Director of the forensic science program. Dr. Lodhi started his forensic career at ReliaGene Technologies as a Senior Scientist, where he was a member of team who worked on forensic DNA database. He then joined Indianapolis Marion County Forensic Services Agency as a forensic scientist, where he investigated over 100 criminal cases involving DNA, and testified as an expert witness. Dr. Lodhi received several scholarships and prestigious awards to receive his education and career advancements such as NUFFIC/FAO fellowship, UNESCO research fellowship, Asia 21 Scholarship, Yoneyama Rotary Scholarship, Kenan Fellowship, and Fulbright Specialist award. Dr. Lodhi’s current research interest involve (1) the identification of one or more individual(s) using Low Copy Number DNA from a touched object; (2) innovative methods of forensic education, and (3) identification of one or more individual(s) from hematophagous insects. Dr. Lodhi supervises the research of graduate, undergraduate and high school students on these projects. He is the author of several high-ranking international peer reviewed journals. He is the member of American Academy of Forensic Sciences and International Association for Identification.

Garry Rodgers is a retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police homicide detective and forensic coroner. He also served as a sniper on British SAS trained Emergency Response Teams and is a recognized expert in firearms. Rodgers is a life-long student of the JFK Assassination and a published author on the subject. He lives in Vancouver, Canada, where he hosts the popular blog site www.DyingWords.net .

David Lamagna is a Forensic Scientist/Engineer, and Professional Licensed Investigator with training, education and e xperience in numerous areas of forensic science, engineering and investigation. He has also worked as a municipal police constable in Massachusetts on assignment for certain state agencies, and at large, investigating the whereabouts of fugitives from just ice, making arrests, performing evictions, and related services. Mr. Lamagna is a licensed private investigator in several states and has worked within the law enforcement community for the last 26+/ - years.

Dr. Fischetto is a Licensed Psychologist with a specialty in Forensic Psychology. He has been doing forensic evaluations for 25 years and has conducted over 20,000 evaluations. He is a Diplomate in Forensic Psychology with the American Board of Psychological Specialties. Dr. Fischetto is also an adjunct professor in psychological testing and assessments, a consulting Psychologist at the Reading Hospital, and has a full-time private practice in counseling, consulting, and forensic evaluations for criminal and civil cases.

Dr M.AL SALIH, BVSC (Veterinary Medicine),MT (ASCP-Blood Bank), MS., PhD . Current status: President, Medical Laboratory Director & Forensic Technical Leader of the DNA REFRENCE LAB, Inc. Education: BVSC (Khartoum University), MS and PhD (Microbiology, Oregon State University), MT (Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine, UTHSCSA). Serving as supervising pathology faculty involved in graduate medical education of medical residents/fellows in transfusion medicine at UTHSCSA. In 1997, Dr Salih pioneered the build-up of an accredited DNA testing facility for forensic, relationship and molecular diagnostic testing in San Antonio, Texas. An expert witness who testified on several high-profile forensic cases in US courts.

Harvey J.M. Hou has completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Peking University in China and postdoctoral studies at Rockefeller University. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Forensic Science at Alabama State University. He has published 80 papers in books and peer-reviewed journals including Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, J. Am. Chem. Soc., and Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. and served as an editorial board of J. Photochem. Photobiol. B, J. Forensic Res., and Air Water Borne Diseases. He is also the Editor of Teaching Bioanalytical Chemistry (ACS Symposium book) and the Editor of NanoPhotoBioScience. He has organized or co-organized 15 conferences/symposia since 2004. He is passionate about microbial forensics, nanoforensics, forensic drug analysis, DNA profiling, and firearm/explosive analysis.

Ronn Johnson is licensed and board certified clinical psychologist with extensive experience in academic and clinical settings. Doctor Johnson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has served as a staff psychologist in community mental health clinics, hospitals, schools and university counseling centers. The University of Iowa, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Central Oklahoma, and San Diego State University are among the sites of his previous academic appointments. His forensic, scholarship, and teaching interests include: ethical-legal issues, police psychology, women death penalty, and contraterrorism.
